The Metro Louisville Air Pollution Control District maintains three e-notification lists for the public.  With minimal effort you can subscribe to any or all of the lists - a general notification list of all meetings and proposed regulation changes; a STAR program list which provide notice on air toxics program permitting actions, and a Title V list, which provides notice on permitting actions relating to major sources under the Title V permitting program.  To subscribe go to www.louisvilleky.gov/APCD/EmailLists.htm
